Cancellation and Returns

1. Once your payment in full has been received, we then start the process of building your ordered bikini. If at some point you need to cancel your order, you will need to contact us via email. Depending on what stage your order is at will determine the value of any refund. We reserve the right to make this decision.
2. As Glitzy Bitty bikinis are bespoke, unique and specially chosen and ordered by you (the customer), we will not accept any returns unless the item is faulty. Any defects must be reported immediately on receipt of your items and no longer than a week later. We will then discuss the best solution with you. If you experience problem after wearing your bikini, please get in touch so that we can help.
3. Our ready made (off the shelf) hand made bikinis follow the same rules as above (section 2).
4. Any items purchased as off the shelf products through our website can be returned. These include things like jewellery. The items must be unused and in original packaging. We will not accept earrings unless they are damaged when you receive them. If you are returning any items please contact us first to discuss the matter please. You must notify us within one week of receiving the item if this is the case.
