Order Timeline

Once we have received your payment and order through the website your production slot is secured for your individually crafted bespoke bikini. This will be approximately six weeks from the date your payment is received (please note production times may change at various times as per our terms and conditions).

We will get a sample of fabric and crystals in the post to you within the first few days of receiving your order so you can check in ‘real life’ that the colours are what you imagined them to be (colours can vary greatly on different browsers/screens etc).

If the colours are not what you expected or envisioned we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to change them! This is only possible in the first two weeks from us receiving you order and payment.

After this first two weeks your bikini will begin to be hand crafted and changes cannot be made after this point. Also at this stage we will contact you to check on your hip measurement just to make sure it has not drastically changed but at this stage in your prep changes should be gradual! If at any time you want to speak to us about your prep/weight loss in regard to the fit of your bikini please do not hesitate to contact us so we can deliver the best service possible during the ordering and production of your bikini!

Once your bikini is ready to ship we will drop you a line and let you know it’s on its way as we post using Special Delivery service and this requires a signature. We use this service because of the level of insurance and ‘peace of mind’ tracking service it provides.

If in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible! A full refund will only be given in exceptional circumstances and all refunds will be subjected to a Restocking Fee which will be calculated as per how far along production that your bikini is at.
