Postage and Delivery

You will obviously be very excited at this stage!

• Good news is we currently offer free shipping for U.K. orders over £50. Non U.K. Mainland or remote places will incur a cost. It will be a First Class, Tracked and Signed For service.

• We do ship Worldwide. For any orders outside of Mainland U.K. we currently charge £10.00 GB.

• The address you supply us for delivery will be the exact one we put on your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for non Delivery if the supplied address is incorrect.

• Once your parcel has been passed onto the Post Office/courier company, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that then arise causing your parcel to not arrive in the time scale promised.

• If for any reason your parcel does not get delivered and is deemed lost by the courier company, a claim will have to be made by you the customer. Please contact us immediately in this instance.

• If for any other reason you do not receive your parcel, Glitzy BITZY cannot be held responsible once it has been passed to the courier company.
