Firstly we are a friendly family run small business. We are here to help you with any issues or problems that may arise. If they do we will endeavour to deal with them promptly. We offer a personal service from start to finish and want you to be 100% happy.
• Bespoke Bikinis-our promise.
Once your order is received and paid in full we will start the process of making your bikini. This will involve individual design, and professional manufacture to a high level of quality and delivered to you in the time scale agreed.
• When placing an order for a bespoke bikini, it is very important that you do it with plenty of time before your show.
We would advise a lead time of approximately 8 weeks before your show. The very minimum would be six weeks before your show. Any time under six weeks is possible but will be viewed as a Special Order and incur an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote if this applies to you.
• Orders through the website will be manufactured to the size selected by you so please make sure you measure accurately as alterations cannot be made once production has commenced.
We will make a final measurement check four weeks prior to shipping however if you need this to be closer to your show date then please advise us of this at time of ordering and we will work with you to get the best fit possible.
• We have tried to provide the most accurate colour swatches possible for
fabrics and crystals however this is very difficult due to variations in browsers and screens and colours will undoubtably vary in real life. To avoid any confusion, once you have placed your order we will send you a sample of the fabric and crystals free of charge in order for you to check the colours are still to your liking.
1.5 Two other fabric and crystal samples can be requested after receipt of
these if you are slightly unsure of your original choices.
• Any changes to your original order must be received by email with the
first two weeks of us receiving your order and payment.
1.7 Should we encounter any unforeseen circumstances and have to change your order at any stage we will contact you by phone or email. We reserve the right to cancel your order and if so we will contact you by phone or email.

Here are some extra Terms and Conditions for Products bought between Friday 24th November 2017 to Monday 27th November 2017

All products must be ordered and paid in full through the secure website checkout
All Jewellery will be sent out to you the following week soon as we can post it
Ready made Bikinis will be shipped out the following week unless its one that needs your Specific measurements to finish it.. In this case unless you want it immediately you can defer delivery till you need it .
Bespoke Bikinis can be ordered in any Style , Fabric , Colour with Crystals and connectors were applicable . If you are not sure when you will need it , you can have it made and delivered anytime in 2018 giving us 6 weeks notice as in a normal order . At such time you can give us your Sizes again and change anything on the Bikini design so long as its the Level of Bikini you have paid for .
